PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Poster presentations:
- The size of the posters should be A1 (594x841mm).
- There is no defined format.
In this edition of ECOS conference, there will be a special award for the best poster. The originality, clarity and presentation of the poster, as well as its explanation by the author/presenter, will be evaluated by a committee.
Oral presentations:
- Each presenter will have 15 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
- The presentation must be delivered to the technical secretariat in good time: at least early on the day of the presentation

Chairpersons:
The chairpersons’ mission will be:
- Start the parallel session on time.
- Ask the different presenters to keep to time.
- Moderate the discussions.
- Fill in the attendance form and hand it in to the scientific secretariat at the end of the session.
- If any of the papers in the session do not have a presenter, we recommend not to continue with the next paper, but to wait for the scheduled time. This will not disrupt the planning of the possible attendees from other rooms.
